He is very thorough, detailed, & passionate about his work. I have my State Farm policies through another agent's office, yet Phil has always been there to answer any questions that I may have. "Phil Marshall came out to inspect my grandmother's home. Phil was very rude and condescending to her. Ultimately, my review is not about State Farm not being able to offer her coverage but the poor treatment of my grandmother. Our property is family land with several units on the property. My grandmother was looking for coverage for just her home only. Because the land can not be split or divided each family member carries coverage on their own dwelling as they have separate addresses. When my grandmother tried to explain this to Phil he very rudely cut her off, said the home was uninsurable, and then sent me a nasty email afterwards to which I responded and never heard back. We understand some insurances have to cover the whole property due to their underwriting as that is understandable, the poor treatment of my grandmother however was not."
